No replacement for Defected Transcend Flash Drive

Name of company/service: Transcend

Transcend Flash Drive stopped working within week after the purchase. I dropped many mails to Transcend for replacement. Finally they gave distributor details for replacement. I gave Defected flash drive to the “Supertron Electronics pvt ltd.” for replacement, after 2 months Supertron Electronics concluded that Transcend not opting replacement for that flash drive.
I dropped many mails to Transcend, but no use at all. please help me reg. this issue.
