I am holding 2 connections 9535773344 & 9535533144 with ‘ALIVE NET 375 COMBO CUG’ plan. With this plan 1GB of 3G data is free.
I was pretty happy initially for 4-5 days with more than 2 MB 3G speed, however starting 6th day I am getting less than 10 Kbps speed though the 1 GB cap is still not completely utilized and unable to open even a simple website.
Spoke to customer care executives several times with no use, they have been telling the concern will get resolved within 24 hours every time when I call.
Please help with resolution.
Same issue with both the connections.
