Sub :- Regarding complaint for epf.
I m chandni mittal D/o Late Sh. Kishan Mittal. I was employed in Etheric Brothers P Ltd as a Data Entry Operator and as well as Supervisor to check the data. I was Join the office 5Th July2011 and left 30th September 2012. Due to conduct of this time period my Employees Provident Fund deducted from the month of September 2011 to September 2012 (12 Months).
My Gross Salary is Rs. 5500/-
Comnpany Profile:- Etheric Brothers Private limited doing Govt Projects Like National Population Register, PDS (Smart Card) Etc….
We do Data Entry for these type of Projects and as well as Doing Quality check of typed database in the software. Our Working Timing are fixed by 9 Am to 6Pm but many of times we worked more than these hours, like we come at morning 7 to 7 evening. But the company was not give us any overtime or benefit with regard the job. All the employees are worked more than they want. And all the employees want their epf which is deducted by the company .
Company does not filled a file return because of this our epf form will be rejected through the head office. We want our all pf which is not given by the company so I file a suit against the company.
Dur to respect I request u to register my complaint and take action against the company so thjat they give our provident fund.
