Credit card payment

Name of company/service: HDFC

HDFC Credit card No.4346781008342735 holder of in your esteem bank.The card has limit
of 45000 ,Now I m paying minimum amount for last 2 years and the amount has crossed around Rs.70000.
Now i want fully and final settlement as i cant make minimum amount every month same amount i would
have saved would able to pay lumpsum amount and closed the card. But Now i have already paid Rs.70000
as amount which is more than amount used and plus interest.
So, i like to close this card and cant go on making payment for 59000 which your executive have asked me.
If i pay this Rs.59000 in lumpsum plus i already paid Rs.70000.This amount runs into Rs.129000 Lac.
I like know what is criteria for charging and I m asked to pay more. I like to know full and final settlement as
i like discontiue this card.
