not genune reson get from samsung service center

Name of company/service: complain agianst “SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER”

dear sir,
my name is deep shah. i am form vadodara gujarat.
i sent my samsung mobile to samsung service center (saffron tower,fategunj,vadodara) on dtd of 31/07/2013 and still they could not repair my mobile & not properly answered.
Also i contect to mr.sagat soni (09898658166) & he did not reply me properly

i humble request to you please ASAP to recover my mobile.
