As I’m Physically Challenged, I request you all to help me to get the Product or Refund the money.
I had placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 Mobile Phone from http://shopping.indiatimes.com on dated 29 July 2013 and I made the credit card payment for it.
On 7th August 2013 as soon as I have received the parcel and opened I was shock because inside the box only accessories were there. I don’t know where the mobile phone is gone/missed. That’s the reason I raised the complaint through their customer care executive. Complaint No.1019052. for further investigation.
Kindly take necessary action for getting the right product or refund at the earliest.
