Pathetic Airtel 3G Service

Name of company/service: Airtel

I have recharged with 449 pack of Airtel which they promise for 3g pack.But from last recharge i am unable to get the speed which i suppose to.And on further clarification to them via customer care executive they aren’t at all concern about my problem.Even 2g pack is much more better then their 3G pack.Am unable to proceed with my daily online works also am facing huge lose due to their worst service.Either i want my money back or the service that they promised according to their plan.Kindly,help me out from this situation and do the needful.
