Dear sir,
I Priyavart Yadav ordered a mobile Nokia X2-02 , Order no MOB/MOB/NOK/27718 to a online shopping site Kaunsa.com and I paid 3084 and 185 rs extra for 6 month EMI as 6% by my credit card already . I have place my order on 10th July 2013 and shopping site shows to deliver my product within 7-15 days i.e. till 25th July,2013. but they did’t dispatch the same till 25/07/2013, when i called to customer care of Kaunsa on 22th July,2013 , they said that they will delivered my product till 25/07/2013. but till 25/07/2013 they didn’t dispatch my order and again i make a phone call to customer care of Kaunsa and ask them why are they not dispatching my product and if u don’t have the product then why you showing the product in stock, again on 27.07/2013 I call and post a complaint on their site but their answer is simple you will receive it in two three days, then after 10 days on 06/08/2013 I again call them and post complaint for but again there is same we will deliver you the same within 2-3 days in written, but now till today after more than a month I have not received product at my end.
I hope that you take a strict action against the shopping site.
I want my product or compensation against product, back my money and the cost which i spend on phone calls to shopping site and my mental harrasment.
