Not getting my refund from the conpany.

I am not getting my refund from last 2 months. My order No. Is 2367422. I have mailed them my a/c details several time and called in their customer care centre many times then also I am not getting my amount of refund. Now their telecaller is saying that your amount is refunded on 10 of july through nift.
I have ordered on 4/6/2013 and applied for refund on 12/6/2013. They have 30 days return policy but its over 2 months and I haven’t received my refund amount.
