Speed Issue of Tikona Service Provider

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks

Hi,
I am writing this complaint to inform the authorities that Tikona Service Provider is FRAUD.After activating 4 MBps plan of Tikona, there is not even a single day when i got more than 2 MBps speed(Tested on SpeedTest.net and Tikona Speed test).
I called Tikona Customer care 7-8 times and every time they just tell me to do reset the Router and then try, but problem didn’t resolved.They told me that this is the maximum speed they can provide on 4 MBps.
I will continue to complaint in forum if speed issue is not corrected, so Please Kindly look into the issue.
My Registered name in Tikona is Aditya Gupta and service ID# 1108797138.

    Hi,
    In addition to the above mentioned issue, the major issue you (Nitesh) forgot to mention is that out of 24 hours, the net is hardly available for 3-4 hours at max and that too not on regular basis with irregular connectivity.
    The Tikona Team is just telling to reset the hardware stuffs at home and making an excuse for having Network problem.
