I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 720. One of the key features, which made me decide to purchase this phone, was the unlimited free music download, both via PC and the phone. To activate the ‘PC download subscription’ a PIN number is required. This PIN is supposed to sent to the phone after activation. I did not receive this PIN on the phone.
Whilst following up with NOKIA, I was informed that this service (PC music down) has been withdrawn. However this feature is still being advertised on the NOKIA website, http://music.ovi.com/in/en/pc.
I feel cheated by NOKIA as I was lured to buy the phone on false promises. I would like NOKIA to provide the PC unlimited download ASAP.
