Tikona broadband

Dear Sir,

I am using Tikona Broadband from more than a year. In the month of January-2013 there was a continuous network issue, earlier in the month of Nov-Dec 2012 there was network problems but not as severe as in January. I called the customer care for bill discount. They provided me a discount of Rs 200/ only.
But immediately after that bill they are continuously sending me wrong bill. Same time their services deteriorating day by day. I called many times for there services but the issues are remains at the same conditions. They are not taking the technical issue seriously but sending me the wrong bills on time. The situation worsen when the send me two different amount of bill in hard copy they asked for payment of Rs 471/ only but on mobile they asked for Rs 666/ only. When I called for details they refuse to provide me the details. I refused to pay. They are calling me many times for payment, I am asking to give me correct bill and compensate me for non use of your services due to Network problems. They have promised to compensate fully before next bill, then I paid the bills. After that I have told them either provide me the proper services or disconnect your services but they are never bother about that unless they have generated next bill. After that they are calling me for payment. Again they are requesting me for payment of Rs 684/ only after that they will compensate me in next bill.

My plan is ABCD499, is a 8GB plan. I am not using the service properly due to network problems at their end from last three to four month but paying the bills as per their request. Now I am not going to pay any more unless they resolve my issue completely.

It is my humble request to please take my issue.
