Hi I have purchased a Mobile phone from Online on 9/11/12, model name is Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9025. and I got it Warranted from ServePro Warranty Services Pvt LTD. I paid say some of 3000/- rs for it.

So my mobile was not working, So I have given it for repair here in hyderabad, I there service center on 19-06-2013.(INTARVO Technologies) Which is there Authorized service center in hyderabad. They told its need to sent to Noida (Head office). I said ok, and asked when can I get it back, they said with in a week of time.
Then I called there call center (18001023451) they said that it will take a week of time as they where no spare parts available, I said ok, But they took 2 months. and when ever I call them they used to Lie with me saying that I would be done with in two days, finally I was pissed of and called them they said that, there is no availability of that parts and asked me to choose some other mobile that they will send me in place of my new nexus mobile. They have given me options for HTC ONE S, and Sony Xpria P. I said them that I want my mobile. I did not choose any mobile. So they said that they cannot repair my mobile after 1 month ten days. Then I asked them why did they took so long for telling this, So I asked to escalate it. So I spoke to Miss Nancy, She told that they will process a new mobile phone of same model. I have all the mails which have been sent by miss Nancy. Same case here they said we have ordered your phone it will be there in two days, I waited waited for 2 weeks, then I called them after two weeks they said that my Old Mobile got repaired. I was shocked Suddenly how can it get repaired in one week. So I asked them that you guys have said that my mobile is not repairable and processed for a new one, then she says I have never told you that I will process for a new Mobile. Then I was shocked by her words. they always lie. then I asked them to send my mobile then also they lied me saying that they have sent my mobile on 6th of this month. But where as they have shipped my mobile on 7th. So today Morning I went to service center and took mobile and switched on It, It was completely changed. They have Damaged my mobile badly. my mobile screen was damaged. They have changed mobile display with some cheap china mobile display. and my my screen was full of blueish colour, and It was not even my mobile phones hardware in the mobile, I have checked the chip set details and version of my previous version. They have changed my motherboard. and got some cheap china mobile motherboard, and my camera was also not working and when I took a pic it was full of blueish screen. They have really messed up with my mobile phone they changed all the original parts of my mobile. My mobile phones originality is gone. So Please help me and drag them to court, Idiotic people, the customer care people are really hopeless people and especially that girl meenakshi was very rude. I am really in trouble please help me guys. I m a middle class person, I don’t have any hope, So I have approached you guys. please please help me. I want my mobile phone back with good condition. those people are not even responding properly. I gave my mobile phone back to those guys I mean to the service center in Hyderabad and I have asked them to send it back to head office where it got repaired. the service center guy took back and told that he will send it to head where it got repaired. I work for a small company. I took that my phone on EMI, I did not even pay the complete money and my mobile got damaged and now those people a playing with, I am in a hopeless position please please help me.
