ILLEGAL BILLING

Location/place: Hyderbad

Name of company/service: Tata Photon plus

The billing cycle for my account is 21st of a month to 20th of next month. I have used 4157MB of 10GB(available according to my plan) during the 21st June 2013 to 20th July 2013 billing cycle.

And from 21st July 2013 onwards, my data usage has not been started from zero again but is been added to previous month’s usage.

Hence, even though i have used only nearly 6GB of data this month, it added upto the total 10GB and my speed has been reduced from 3.1MBPS to 153.6KBPS from 4th August(just after 15 days into the new billing cycle)

I have been trying to explain this to their customer care from the last 4 days (from 4th aug to 8th aug)with the snapshot of the usage summary. The issue is not yet resolved but i got a mail from tata photon saying that they are right and that i have used up the entire 10GB in this billing cycle only.
