This is to bring your kind notice that we have been regular and valuable customer of Toyota products and over the year we have purchased several nos. of Toyota make vehicles namely fortuner-1 no, Innova-2no,Qualis-2no,Carolla-1no.
If so happened that our fortuner vh.no-JH10V-7419 vin no- MBJ11JV5105005310-0310, Eng no-1KD6481587 purchase from BEBBCO TOYOTA Jamshedpur met with an Accident and the same was taken to the workshop of your authorized dealer Top link Toyota Ranchi dated:-19.03.2013. The nature of accident apparently indicates that it was massive accident damaging the entire vehicle covering roughly 75% to 80% off it.
We asked for an estimate from top link Toyota and requested him to give current assessment so that in the in the event of the proposed repairing cost coming to 75% to 80% of the vehicles IDB value which is Rs- 14, 94,450, we would have an ophon to get total loss from insurance company namely TATA AIG with which our vehicle was insured. It is important to let you know that we are also Authorized dealer of NISSAN MOTORS INDIA PVT. LTD. and we have practical idea about the estimate of damage of the vehicle in accidental case. The Top link people merely to generate its revenue initially, despite all our objection made gave an estimate of Rs-8,10,439.96 for the repairing of the damage vehicle.
However we recently on their miss information agreed for repairing. We were later shocked and surprised to received a final bill of Rs-10,46,420.00 along with our repaired vehicle on dated 31.05.2013. On inspection of the vehicle we found that several works like Dash board, Fog lamp , Seat ,
P.T.O
Engine cover, Music system are still incomplete and they require repairing and the same again would
roughly Rs- 1,000,00.00 It simply means the total repairing cost of my vehicle is coming to around Rs-11,46,420.00 invoice no:- TAX13-02735 which is within the prescribed damage of 75% to 80% of the total cost of IDB value of the vehicle. If this fact was initially clarified fairly by Top link people.
We could have got a total loss from insurance. But now the insurance survey report based on first unfair and incorrect and deliberately intended estimate by Top link people. We are dispire of our valuable chance to get total loss and this has happened because of unfair and Mala fide trade practices indulged by top link people. It was the duly of the top link people to either inform us or insurance company in case the estimate was increasing after the dismantling of the vehicle, but they prepared to remain silent on the issue for obvious reason.
If they had given us correct estimate in the beginning or during dismantling of the vehicle they would not have been able to make money by repairing our vehicle. Their intention was Mala fide right since the beginning. All this is creating bad name of such reputed company of yours on 5th of July 2013 Mr. Kamal Singhania with his son Mr. Pulak Singhania come to our showroom at ANIMESH NISSAN and behaved very rudely and vulgar language was used against our Director Mr. Animesh Sanwaria.
