For the last 3 and a half months i was writing to customer care without any response from their end.
I am presently residing in the state of Jammu & Kashmir in the city of Srinagar. My panasonic shaver foil (ES4036) got crashed & i request the local service center to replace the same. He said that the foil is out of order & he will get it procured from the main center. To the irony it has been almost 3 and a half months & yet he has not received the foil.
