I have a flat in Keerthi Estates project. I have been waiting patiently from the year 2011 for ownership of a flat. However, the builder is additional delaying it, because they have added floors without approvals from the BBMP authorities. I was told the ownership is on January 21st 2013. However, three months ago, when I contacted them again, they knowledgeable me that it is delayed and now new ownership date is unchanging. I spoke to Manager today, and even he could not give me a day. I do not consider a word the builder and his sales people tell me anymore.
