Myself, Mayuri Gondhia from Rajkot – Gujarat. I am subscriber of Reliance Broadband Internet Service. My Internet is not working since 3 days. My Complaint No. is 206964124 on 5/8/2013. I called up customer care and Local authority persons many times. When i inquired, i got to know from some sources that RELIANCE PEOPLE HAVE NOT PAID RENT OF THEIR SERVER ROOM SINCE 1 YEAR AND THAT IS WHY OWNER IS NOT ALLOWING THEM TO ENTER INTO THEIR PREMISES.
Its such a shameful thing that such a huge company is not paying rent on time and we have to suffer because of them so much. Today morning customer care person told that they have got permission when i inquired again i got to know that he is lying as still the owner of server room is not allowing Service Engineer to enter into the room.
I am really fed up with this problem, kindly do the needful.
