Fraud By Bill collectors

Hi my name is sathish kannan from ashok nagar, chennai. I would like to raise my voice against the airtel company regarding denying of our payment for airtel broadband for the month of may and june. The scene is we are about to shift our house from ashok nagar to vadapalani in the month of june 2013. At that time we couldn’t make the payment for the may and june month, but after shifting our house we paid our due payment through a cash collector who he came to our house and collected our money, the exact amount is 2300rs by cash to Mr. Vasudevan(Bill collector), but after a week we had received a call from airtel customer care stating that we are again due on the same month that we have already paid(May, June). We made it clear to them about the payment, but they are not listening to us, i dont know where the money gone then…, The second scenario is we have informed about our disconnection even before our new billing period started, but even after informing them about our disconnection in advance we are again asked to pay for the month of july also which we are not accountable, so now we have to pay for the month may, june(paid), july(not accountable). Unfortunately we have lost our paid receipt which we made the payment for the june month 2013 on 23 of june 2013. The customer care executives from airtel are giving us a tough time on this issue. They are threatening us saying that they will take legal action against us and they are also sending executives to our home even at midnight. Again we informed that there executive came and collected the amount, but i only came to know later that i’m speaking to a deaf person. Today we received a call from the number 8681098601, a person(no name and an airtel executive) told us infact he threatened us on this issue, i’m really disappointed with the airtel goondas so to say exactly, Please if any airtel higher authorities seeing this help us, please come forward and help us, as we are only midddle class family people. My mom is really worried on this issue and she even had a panic attack on that night, we don’t know what to do and we don’t know whom to contact.Please Please take this matter seriously , please do us some favor on this issue.
