Wong TATA Photon device and to change the device given by the Vivek Digitals

Hi Sir,

I have purchased a TATA Photon from Viveks Digitals, Vijaya Fourm Mall Chennai on 13th July, 2013. Initially they said it will be activated in 2 days. But there was a delay from TATA Verifications team and the dealer documetns submission and took time to activate for around 18 days of time. Though the connection is activated, The device provided by the Vivek Digital is wrong. I’m following from One Month and still didn’t received the new device.
