On 6th August 2013, at 4:33 PM Rs.47 got deducted for SMS pack on my airtel mobile number 9860657180. I had not requested for any such sms pack. I had to call the customer care three times and I was put on hold and never transferred to the senior.Finally when the senior came, they said I am sorry I cant do anything to refund your amount as I have already sent 4 sms from my number after that service got activated. But how would I know that they are cutting balance for sms from that pack?
Prior to this I was charged for StarTV pack of Rs.30 last month without requesting for it. When I called them, they told they have deactivated it, but now I see that it is still active and they are still deducting money for StayTV service.
Kindly refund my Rs.47 for this unrequested packs.
