Not getting refund of fees from CSAB.

Name of company/service: CSAB

I Sujata Madke got allotted an seat in NIT spot round at VELTECH Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala, R & D Institute of Science & Technology, Avadi, Chennai for mechanical engineering stream.

before the spot round started we have paid Rs.40,000 which was compulsory to participate in admission process.
when i came to know that this college is an private college. and the college fees are too high and i will not able to pay the fees i informed this to CSAB chairman and the college also on the same day Wed, Jul 31, 2013 at 12:00 AM only and requested for the refund of fees by deducting necessary processing fees if any .

and also gave three reminder e-mails also first reminder at Thu, Aug 1, 2013 at 2:01 PM ,and second reminder at Fri, Aug 2, 2013 at 5:47 PM and third at
Mon, Aug 5, 2013 at 10:59 AM
CSAB has not ready to reply for my mails. and on telephone CSAB refuse to refund the fees by saying that fees are not refundable.
and college is not ready to take any responsibility.

I have not taken the admission.and admission process of college is also still not over.

It’s my humble request to you kindly help me to get refund of my fees.
as me and my father really need this money for my further education. otherwise my education will get stop.
Please Help me

    its been more than 9months still CSAB has not refunded my promised money…
    i have not taken admission hence as mentioned on their website they hsv to refund the dum of Rs. 40000.
    i have sent them countless emails to which they never reply. ny details are as follows

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is with reference to the application no. 40822821 for the spot round admission for Roll No: 30202012. I deposited 40,000. 00 INR as spot round fee, unfortunately I could not got allocated any seat; However I applied for refund of fee on 12th August 2014, immidiate after CSAB website allowed to do that.

    I am worried, still after giving all details, I could not receive my due amount payable back to me on the given account below:

    I sent an e-mail to CSAB but still waiting for response, similarly attempted many times to call them but the given number of Jaipur are non-responding at all.

    Please revert back as soon as possible and inform, by when I shall be able to receive the amount entitled as refund.

    CSAB is a collection of corrupted people. They go to any extent to make the student fool and collect the money and enjoy it .
