I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 cover on the infibeam website. The product they shipped was defective and apparently not for the same model. I shipped it back to them for replacement. It has been 2-3 weeks they have not replaced it.
Their customer service number is completely useless. They make fun of agitated customers calling them. Everytime you call them to ask about the status, they put you on hold for eternity and the line gets disconnected automatically.
Supervisors promises me to check and call back within 1-2 hrs, but they never retur calls.
I asked a customer service agent to transfer my call to their supervisor. Instead she transferred my call to one of their colleage posing as supervisor.
It has been my worst online shopping experience!!!!!! And the worst part is you are helpless as the they are sitting miles away from you!!
