Airtel Mobile No. 9940243666 is in the nam of my wife Chandrakala G and I am using it. The payments also regularly we are paying. During Jan 2012 I found there was wrong billings taking place in the bills like subsevaki krupa etc and for this they are charging 100/- aprox every month extra. And also various unnecessary ad on service charges. Hence I am not paying the bill amount as per bill. Then onwards I am started paying of tariff charges as per plan, and applicable call charges and message charges in cluding service tax. Due to the difference between bill amount and actual payment amount, again everymonth air tel charging penalty charges which I need not pay. Enough times I mailed and spoken to airtel stall on this issue and simply they are saying they have credited wrong billing amounts. But I am not sure what they have done.
Hence I requested from the day of this mobile activated I want to have the bills to identify wrong billings and so that excess paid will be adjusted. But Air tel not providing any information.
And also they deactived my connection and due to this i have lost my business income also which air tel has to repay.
Since the connection is in my wife name, the Airtel staff calling her and irritatting her which is not acceptable.
If air tel not able to solve the issue as per my requirement please proceed as per legal.
Calling and disturbing will not be acceptable for asking wrong billing payments.
Concerned authorities please look into and take necessary action.
