With deep dissatisfied. I would like to lodge compalin against airtel. I used airtel number 9467979966 from last 1 yr and I totally dissatisfication from first use.
Sir, aitel given a offer, if you recharge rs125 you will get rs125 talktime and also 1gb data. But it only give 1 gb data but no given talktime. When I called to customer care exuctive he transfer my called for better satisfication , but a stupid HIMANAU (senoir executive) told lie and said your compalin noticed and your problem resolves bedore 2 days. After 2 days I called to customer care, he said your no complain record here. I m totally surprised and decide to write a complain against hia senior executive (Himanau). I called on 5 aug 13 on evening.
Sir please takea necessary action against his
senior executive and refund double money.
