Here I am with another complaint againd Dell.Its only one month before I complained about the cheating of dell service centre.But now again I am with another problem in my laptop.After the failure of charger,cd writer,speakers,lcd display,usb port & battery, Now the problem has arised with the motherboard.
My laptop’s display has gone and after diagnose it seems to be a problem with the motheboard.
I have no option other then replacing my motherboard which costs 11,000,
From the beginning till now I have already invested 17000 in my laptop.
And when I visit to the dell service for solving they are asking me for another 1400 to diagnose the problem.I mean just one month before I had paid 1400 and now again.
Last time I havn’t done anything but this time I am planning to file a case against dell for providing me with the worst laptop.
I want my laptop to be repaired for free or refund half of the price of my laptop.
