We have purchased IFB washing machine on 06/07/2013 from Croma vide invoice no.SLF02A091010011556. The front door was not locking properly from the date of installation. We have given the feedback also in the delivery memo.Your technican also visted. He could not rectify the problem. The machine has to be re-placed with new one. Inspite of several telephone calls, none has bothered to re-place. Complaint no 11112617. This complaint also has been closed without any intimation to us
