Wikipedia zero not working

Location/place: Mysore

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

Aircel recently announced a tie up with wikimedia foundation boasting of providing free wikipedia access to all its customers. See link (http://www.livemint.com/Consumer/3xbhFkgJnxKKK896WqGauK/Aircel-to-offer-free-access-to-Wikipedia.html)

But i have lost around 20 rs from my prepaid account browsing wikipedia (ph: 9738534258). When i call the customer care executives they are not even aware of the above plan and just will tell us to call some other number. Nothing works. I kindly request all aircel customer executives to stay updated regarding new plans introduced. And i expect reimbursement of rs 20 into my mobile account from the serive provider.
