GAS cylinder not delivered as shown in online status and at local status it was delivered

sir,
i have connection in Jay jyoti gas agency,sanathan village, ularia sanand-sarkhej H/W RD, ahmedabad-380051. grahak no. 816. and GAS cylinder not delivered but it shows online that delivered on 25th july and delivery no. 51461069 that shows online. without informing my GAS cylinder was not comes till date. so please help me as early as possible. in this GAS agency this complain i make twice in a year but still it do like this.they all are fraud many customer have that complain but no one knows about internet and computer literacy so no one complain it.
