Cmplain on snapdeal and product is samsung tab 2 p311

Name of company/service: SNAP DEAL

I purchased Samsung tab 2 p311 on 24 July and my order no is 1133854082.I have called customer care five times he said that the product is not in our stock it will arranging soon then i am said why You show online in Your stock he said that it is vendor mistake.I am said that it not vendor mistake is Your new scheme of snap deal because investment through customer and make profit like an example if 50 people by this product the investment is 5 lakhs and he make profit for one month because the process of refund of our money is 10 days and delivery time is 10 days and one feature of this scheme is you Would be payment online cod not available.
