product is not good and not same as look online, defective product

I purchase samsung laptop bag from rediff shopping.But when I received that product product is not same as online look. product looking like not original samsung bag.when i did complaint they are saying for replace or for refund u have to send it back to delhi. this is not good if u r customer and company saying it to u send product back through courier to delhi.
service from rediff shopping is not so good.
dont purchase anything from same site
