Irrelevant deduction of money

Sir,
I have been a customer for past 3 years. I have been using whatsapp on my mobile for the last six months and have a monthly pack of Rs.16/- activated for that purpose. For the last 3 days an amount of Rs.20/- day, a total of Rs.60/- have been deducted from my balance. When i contacted the customer care regarding this they say that the money has been deducted for a GPRS usage of which i am unaware of. the only thing for which I use GPRS in my mobile is for the whatsapp application and have pack activated for that. And whenever I call the customer care regarding the above issue they even deny taking complaints. Therefore I would like you to look into this issue as early as possible and reimburse my balance accordingly.
