Hopeless customer care & fraud.

Name of company/service: Airtel

I Rina J Limbdia is holding a cell number 9967944412, of Airtel since last 8 to 10 yrs,i did an online recharge of Rs- 750 thrice on 20/07/2013 between 6 to 8 as I had an emergency ,none were successful then I tried Rs 500/-which was successful , but an amt of Rs 1500/- was erroneously debited from my bank account the same day.I am following with AIRTEL since that day for the refund of my amt , I provided them with failed transaction ids , the bank statemnt in pdf formate,they had promised the amt wld be refunded in 7 working days but I have not received a single paise from them till date, they are just making false promises & giving me different request numbers but not solving my problem, I have till date send them more then 20 mails and contacted the customer care too but they are behaving very badly on the phone .They are now not willing to even respond to my mails ,so I want my money back & want you to take a strict action against the company.Please help me .
