I had purchased a blackberry bold three mobile handset dated 29 may 2011 (the bill is in the name of my daughter Urvashi Mahendru for whome i bought this phine)and its warranty was valid till 9 June 2013. In march 2013, the jack of my mobile handset I.e where we insert the charging pin got loose because of which my phone could not get charged properly.i went to blackberry service centre which is in janakpuri. Mr Umesh, the service head ensured me continuously that the problem shall be solved and they would send my phone for repair. For almost a month they fooled me that they have repaired my phone and whenever I would call them to enquire if I could collect the phone they used to ask me to collect it after 2-3 days and when finally after being fooled for a month I only received a message which said that the phone can’t be repaired and said that it is physically damaged . But the fact here is that it wasn’t physically damaged and also they fooled me for a month that they gave already repaired it. After that, I even sent mails to the head office about the problem but I only received a reply that it can’t be repaired. And after replying to 2-3 mails they stopped replying . This is a clear act of fooling the customer.So we are seeking your help to get our phone repaired or get us a new piece of that same model or get us refund of money as I bought this phone with my hard earned money and also I spent great deal of time coordinating with them if they have repaired it or not and I was always ensured that it has been repaired.we are waiting for a positive action from your side to help us get our right.
