I activated the Rs. 16 whatsapp plan on my number 9883214368 by sending ACT WA to 53739 on August 1, 2013. Balance got deducted for the pack activation. But afterwards, when I access whatsapp, I am being charged from my main balance. Please refund me the unfairly deducted balance and explain the reason.
