I had used Lotus Herbals Lip Therapy for the first time and my lips turned blackish. It started chapping as well. All that while I was using this product, I was not at all happy. I wrote to the customer care id provided by the site. In spite of writing in the mail that I will register a complaint, they did not even bother to revert. I want some strict action to be taken against them.
