we applied for broadband net and pay money in draft but no connection and no Responce since last 16 days

we applied for the urgent requirement of reliance broadband net and we
pay the advanced money in draft(state bank of india) including
required documents to the distributor but we still don’t have the
connection after having the conversation on phone they are giving no
response regarding why they unable to give connection its almost 16
days and we are still waiting for there response because of which our
company is unable to send quotations to our costumers and having the
lose of 4.5lakhs so please take some serious stand against them and
solve the issue as soon as possible.
