MTNL Broadband waste service

Hello!

I have subscribed to MTNL broadband services. My plan is for 1mbps. I was pretty happy with the speed i was getting untill last 2 months as speed has dropped to 700 750kbps. I have done numerous of complaints & get useless answers & even the MTNL employ said we cudnt help it. He said “Kitna speed loge a to rahi hai, hame nai pata.. jahan complaint karni hai karo”. I complaint to customer care too but no one helped me.

Then why iam paying for 1mbps? I told them i wil complaint to consumer court but they didnt listened.

I am payin INR 1100 for the plan but i receive 70% of the speed.
