paid for health insurance but card not recieve

Name of company/service: IHO through Times of Money

I paid 6000 for health insurance of IHO for me & my family members on 28th of may.2013 but as on today 31st of july i don`t get their cards…

They send me a temporary iho membership id F83MXKMEIG but when i call them they said your card will reach on your address shortly…….

they also told me if u r not satisfied in our service in 14 days you get your money back …….

Please register my complain …..
