samsung india cash back fraud

I purchased a samsung galaxy note 2 mobile from from samsung e-store under scheme of 15% cash back on hdfc debit card. Under this scheme the cash back money had to be credit to customers account on or before 25 June 2013. But till now no money is credited in my account. I discussed this issue with samsung care but now they are denying to pay back. The details are as follows:

Amount paid through HDFC debit card: Rs . 34446/-,
complaint ref. no: T20130727E1614.
