card not migrated from post paid to pre paid

dear sir/ madam,

i have applied for migration of my card from post paid to pre paid on 26.07.2013 at Krish telecom palanpur. but till date they are not responded properly. not in sate of mind to migrate my card. every day given me new date/time to change the same.i also talk to customer care, they told me contact IDEA gallary and Gallary told me your matter with higher authoity. no one know what to happen.
