Dear Sir/Mam,
I Ram J. Gupta and I have ported my mobile number to airtel at that time they made a fake commitment and after complaint they resolved it and given me another plan but when i get my bill i shocked my bill is Rs. 1419/- which is unacceptable because i have not used this on regular basis i have another number for calling and when i called customer care they told me due to technical up gradation they not able to help me now and told me to call after 2 hours but from that they to till date regular i am calling them and they always told me due to technical up gradation they can’t help me, I decided to port my number after 90 days to other service provider. I think they think that we are fool.
Please do the needful.
