False Informations Regarding ATM Debit Vard Issue

I am a student just joined a job and working in Hyderabad. I lost my ATM Debit Card and applied for a new one. Its almost a month I have been waiting for the same but there is no response from my HOME BRANCH – Gulbarga, Karnataka. My Axis Bank home branch manager keeps my call on hold and disconnects it. My father had been to bank and also he has Inquired for the card. Sometimes they give me false number and say your card has been dispatched. Its almost 35 days I have applied. It should come in 7 working days. When I said that I shall post a complaint on Consumer Forum, the Branch Head, The Manager and Assistant Manager all said please go ahead we dont care. I have proof regarding the mail sent in front of me marked me a copy where I had requested to send the card soon because I had been to Gulbarga. But till now I have not got the card.
