Name of company/service: PVR
I have install a PVR enroid app .
From there I booked 2 tickets but when I transfer money . Rs 806 have been deducted from my a/c . But ticket is not booked and I got a email that your transaction is failure and your amount will revert back to you very soon .
At the same time I tried again and the same again happenned .
I was sure that my money will come back .
But 10 days gone I did not get my money back So I reply on that mail .
Agter 3 days I got a mail that plz tell us your way of payment and all .
I replied it at the same time .
Now almost a month has gone . I had given them 4 reminder but I did not get any reply .
Thius is really a very bad experiance of online ticket booking .
Plz suggest me what Can I do so that it will not happend again with any one .
