Name of company/service: Vodafone

I recharged online for the 3G plans of Rs.95 on 29th July 2013 and it didnt get activated for more then an hour and i called up to the customer care and he replied that this service is not activated to ur phone and ur amount wil be refunded within 5 working days.
Then i proceeded to recharge my phone with the 2G data network of Rs. 127 and it got done right away..
After that within 15 mins of my 2G recharge the 3G plan also got activated and deactivated my service of 2G plan and now the company is not providing me the refund of my 2G data network plan…
Suggest me why should i bear the loss of Rs. 127 on my 2G data network…
