hello

i recharged my voda number(+919711458676) with 197/- on july 18th i.e (unlimited 2g data plan )

they provide fair usage of 2GB ,after that the data speed will be decreased to 40KbPS

as i need a fast speed so i have again recharged with 197/- yesterday(july 29th)

i have got a conformation that recharge has been done,but i dont see data plan is activated(still the previous one is working with slower speed and same expiry date)

i tried to contact their customer services,they said to wait for 2hrs,
2hrs later still the plan is not activated again i tried to contact and they said to wait for atleast 5hrs,the same replies from them (i have tried to call them for about 20+ times,they just put my call hold waited for about 20min still no responce from them.

one of them said we have registered your complaint.

again i tried to call them from a different number (as they blocked my calls to customer call center services)

just fed up with this whole thing,left this problem aside and recharged again so that it will work for now (the same problem again,not activated,runs on the previous data plan(july 18th).the same expiry date and the same data usage it is showing )

fed up with this vodafone,
