Two months ago i converted my vodafone prepaid no. into postpaid connection. I was not interested to covert my prepaid to postpaid connection. one day i was just exploring vodafone postpaid plan on vodafone’s website and just unknowingly left my no. there, after that i got floods of calls from vodafone customer care. each day i got hundreds of call to buy the plan. at-last to get rid from it, i decided to buy a plan which i was thinking is best suited to me but unfortunately i don’t like that plan later on because it costs me more than what i had spending on having a prepaid connection. so i decided to discontinued with postpaid connection and want my prepaid connection back. so i just made a call to vodafone cust.care after telling all my problems, no assurance had been provided by them, they just started keep transferring my call from one executive to another and there holding procedure was more than 20 minutes. one of there executive if i am not forgetting mr. ashwini started misbehaving with me. he was very very keen to force me to buy some other plan in which again i was not interested. he was also saying that if i discontinue with us we shall not refund your security money(Rs250).
this conversation was made on i think 15th-16th of july after 8:30pm. my laptop was not working properly so that’s why i couldn’t wrote that time.
so it’s heartiest appeal to vodafone management to take some strict action over this particular case and try to provide me some relief and peace of mind.
