Dear Sir,
I Ms. Kimberly Misquitta was employed by Midas Care Pharmaceuticals on the 3rd of June, 2013.
I completed 26 days working for this company.
During my working period i was tortured mentally everyday and was forced to work overtime everyday by the Ms. Shivangi Gupta director of the company.
During my Interview i was imformed that i will be receiving proper training for my Job which indeed did not happen.
After joining I realised that there was immense pressure working for that Team as many people who joined would leave as soon as possible because of the mental torture and Rude behaviour.
Apart from that I didnt receive Training as well as I was Mental tortured and forced to Work like the Seniors of this company.
At one Instance i was forced to work till 9:00pm in the night for a fault that was not mine and was informed that if i leave early i should not show my face next day in the office and that how i reach home is not the companys look out. That same day i reached home at 12:00am in the night as there was no transportation due to heavy rains.
I am the only earning member in my Family. I have a Mother and a Younger brother. what would happen to my family had anything happened to me that day.
During my Working period I was Mentally Tortured everday and on the 28th of June, 2013 was asked by the Director to put down my papers as she felt i was not fit for the Job.
I did the same and Had a Verbal communication with the HR Team of Midas asking them whether i would get my salary and did i have to serve my notice period of 15 days as mentioned in my contract letter as i didnt give my resignation on my consent, i was asked by the director to do so.
At that moment they said i need not give my notice period and i will be getting my salary for all the days that i have worked.
After quitting my Job i had to follow up everyday for my salary and during the calls also i had confirmed that will i be getting my entire salary to which the HR team stated yes.
Yesterday and Today Morning After calling them up to find the status of the salary and full and final settlement i was informed that my salary for 15 days will be deducted as i didnt give my notice period.
after i asked them the reason as they only previously said that i need not serve my notice period, they deducted the phone and said dont waste our time as you will not get the salary.
My Net take home is Rs, 19,000.
They said that they will give me only Rs. 9460/-.
I had worked over time nearly everyday for this company and now i am receiving only Rs.9460.
I need your help to resolve this problem and get my entire salary as i am entitled for the same.
I reside at Nallasopara and Midas Care Pharmaceuticals is based In Goregaon East.
