i am using hp laptop tu 2000-2106 series i was purchase this laptop 7 months ago but some days ago i have noticed my laptop keyboard is not working properly and also my mouse is not working i have logged a complain regarding this matter case id is 4705941837 but till date hp india not solved this matter and no one visit my place to repair my laptop.i have received a mail from hp india stated that my personal number s not reachable but when i am logged a complain i also provide my alt number.i request kindly notice my problem and reply me asap
