We took a holiday package from (lenavigateur holidays) www.mytripdeal.net. Due to the flood situation we had to change our destination. There was two issues,
1.The excess amount was supposed to be refunded. We are still waiting for the refund. They just emailed the refund statement. We never got the refund.

DAY DESTNATIONS ITINERARY
Day 01 Cochin to Munnar
(135km/3.5hrs) Arrival at Ernakulam (Cochin) by Train/Flight/Volvo bus. We will arrange a placard pick up and will transfer you to Munnar, en-route visit Kodanadu elephant care centre, take a break at the fabulous waterfall named ‘cheapara’ on the ghat towards munnar. Enjoy the fall and proceed. Check in to the resort in Munnar. Evening visit Hydel Park and see the spectacular sunset from the Sunset-point. Overnight stay at the same resort.
Day 02 Munnar sightseeing After breakfast visit Mattupetty dam and lake. Speed launch, slow speedboat and motorboats are available on hire. Visit includes the picturesque Kundala tea plantations and the Kundala Lake. Visit Echo Point, a scenic place gets its name from the natural echo phenominon here. Kundala Lake , a picturesque lake on the way to Top Station. The Golf Course which belongs to Tata Tea Ltd. is located here. Experience Kashmiri / Peddle / Motor boat ride through the chilling lake.
After noon visit Rajamala ( Eravikulam National Park ), see the rare species of mountain goat ‘Nilgiri Thar’. Enjoy the bird eye view of tea plantations. On the way back you can do a bit of shopping from Munnar Town … (Tea, Coffee, Spices, aromatic and medical natural oils like eucalyptus and essence extracted from the forest herbs, vegitables and spices). Some memories to carry back. Over night stay at the same resort.
Day 03 Munnar to Thekkady (110km/3 hrs) Check out from Munnar and proceed to Thekkady. Check into an enchanting wildlife resort at Thekkady. Afternoon enjoy the famous boat cruise through Periyar lake. You can have a close watch on wild elephant, boar, deer and if you are lucky even spot tigers. Later you can have a nature trial by walk through the plantations. Experience an elephant ride, bamboo rafting, jeep safari etc. (Occasionally there are shows like kathakali, Kalaripayattu contucted by the cultural socities and department of tourism in Thekkady.)

Day 04 Thekkady to Kumarakkom
(175km/4.5 hrs)
Check out from Thekkady and Proceed to Kumarakkom. Check into a backwater resort. Overlooking the beguiling waters of Vembanad Lake, enthralls you with comfort and luxury at a location that enlivens your senses. The serene backwaters of the lake spread far and wide at the edge of the resort, where boats large and small cruise gently over the waters at daybreak as you watch them with a cup of tea in hand from the sit out of your villa. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 05 Kumarakkom to Alleppey Check out and proceed to Houseboat boarding point at 11:30 am. You will be boarding Kerala’s traditional houseboat ‘Kettuvallom’. This boat will be exclusively for you with a living area, corridor, 01 bed rooms, bath room and a kitchen. This solar-electrified houseboat with a backup generator, TV, A/c, DVD and Fan for your comfort and entertainment. The Captain, Cook and Engnine operator will make sure that the journey will end up with good memories.
Experience the romantic backwater cruise through the meandering narrow canals and high backwaters of Punnamada Lake, where you can see the green carpeted paddy fields, the toddy tapping, Chinese fishing nets etc. Enjoy the mouth-watering cuisine on board or have it in an all alone green island.
Houseboat will ancor at 6:00 pm after sunset. Enjoy the dinner and stay overnight onboard.
Day 06 Alleppey to Cochin (75km/1.5hrs)
Your morning cruise will start at 7:30 am. Have an onboard breakfast and relax. Disembark from the houseboat at 10:00 am and proceed to Cochin.
Visit St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net, Santa clause basilica, Mattanchery palace, Jewish synagogue, Marian drive, Marine walk way, boating, Tripunitura hill palace. You can find some time for shopping at Cochin. Board your return bus/train/flight from Ernakulam.

We are suppose to get a refund of 9087 plus KSRTC ticket cancellation 1292 plus 700 dinner refund. every time we call them either they do not pick our calls or they will say that the refund will be done in 24 hours. Please help.
